2001 Tissue Paper Heart
Love for our valentine nestles right into place.
A soft ruffle of tissue paper frames a pack of Wrigley’s™ Big Red® gum in the center of this valentine. To make the ruffle, small squares of tissue paper are crimped around a pencil top and applied to the paper backing with glue. Materials: tissue paper, card stock, paper glue.
