Aiming to be well-prepared this Valentine’s Day?

There’s certainly no shortage of thought-provoking, titillating and instructional books out there that can enhance our education in love and romance. As the housing to deliver a 15-stick Slim Pack™ of Wrigley’s™ Big Red®, a faux book with a hidden interior well was an easy choice. But which books? How many books? And how will they work together? The fun in this valentine came from choosing the titles to best honor Valentine’s Day and entertain us, too. From controversial Larry Flynt, to universally appealing Food Porn Daily, this library offered something for everyone. The dimensions and construction of each book were tested in prototypes, which in turn defined the graphic layouts and dimensions of the jacket designs. The jackets wrapped the covers and spines. In the interior, dimensional trays and boxes were applied to replicate the body of pages. A well in Dave Saunder’s Sex in Advertising holds the gum. In each valentine, 3 books are stacked and secured with a book belt made from faux leather fabric and a working buckle.
